 We engage with multi-generational families to understand where they are now, where they want to go and  guide them through difficult conversations necessary to develop a relevant family-aligned future between their business and family health.  Communication is at the center of creating the foundation for improved family dynamics. Our job as a "Time Traveller" is to help families "think across time" or in Stages & Ages".   We help families find the time to do the in- between work and to be intentional in their continuity plans. Instead of defaulting to a reaction they design their family story.  We help to define where there are gaps, support generational insight with understanding, perspective and lived experience.   Working collaboratively with their key advisors we integrate the family's plan across all aspects of the enterprise.
